ATG Construction was founded on a simple observation. Commercial clients were being forced to choose between large firms that treated them like a line item and small outfits that could not handle the complexity of their projects. We built ATG to close that gap.
ATG serves property owners, developers, tenants, and operators across all of Central Florida. We manage tenant improvements, renovations, and ground up construction with experienced preconstruction support and a field team that takes pride in clean, well run job sites.
Most of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals. And that metric really matters. We recognize that every opportunity we are given to build, lead, and influence is an opportunity to excel.

Experience Where It Counts
Jacob Haines
Jacob Haines is the Founder, President, and License Holder of ATG Construction, Inc. A native of Mobile, Alabama, Jacob learned to build alongside his father, who taught him early that how you build matters just as much as what you build. That principle carried him from his first job hanging drywall and acoustical ceiling grids into historic preservation work, where mentors pushed him to do things the right way, even when an easier path was available.
The values forged along that journey — faith, quality, accountability, and hard work — are the foundation ATG Construction is built on. Jacob believes exceptional projects are only possible through exceptional people, and that exceptional people are often shaped by difficult journeys that build character and conviction. He leads with the conviction that the opportunity to build and lead is a gift, and that stewarding that gift well means integrity without compromise: not for profit, speed, or convenience.
Beyond ATG, Jacob serves as Co-Founder and President of Grace Overflowing Ministries, a nonprofit ministry born from the vision of Luke 4:18, carrying out relief work in Honduras for over a decade. He is a husband to an incredible woman, father of five awesome and fiercely individual kids, and grandfather of two babies that can do no wrong.
David Turner
David Turner serves as Vice President of Preconstruction and Field Management at ATG Construction, Inc. Born in El Salvador and raised in Colorado, David built his career on a simple principle: do the work right. Nearly a decade of commercial construction estimating and project management across multiple states has sharpened his eye for accurate planning and given him a steady, disciplined hand in the field.
David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. Fluent in English and Spanish, he moves easily across ATG's clients, subcontractors, and field teams, communicating clearly and building trust wherever the job takes him. Team members, subcontractors, building officials, and clients alike consistently point to David's work ethic and his calm, collected approach to getting things done.
David brings laser focus and relentless drive to every project he touches. Exceptional outcomes, in his view, come from disciplined preparation and accountable execution, and he holds himself and his teams to that standard without exception. Outside of ATG, David is a husband to his wife, Christina, and a father of two.
