What size projects does ATG Construction take on?
We focus on commercial projects ranging from single suite tenant improvements to large renovations and ground up buildings. If you are not sure your project fits, call us. If we are not the right contractor, we will tell you and point you in the right direction.
Do you work in occupied buildings?
Yes, regularly. We phase work, control dust and noise, and schedule disruptive activities after hours so your tenants, patients, or customers can keep operating during construction.
Can you help before we have finished drawings?
That is actually the best time to involve us. Our preconstruction services include conceptual budgeting, constructability reviews, and design build coordination, so the drawings you pay for are drawings you can afford to build.
Do you handle permitting?
Yes. We manage permit submittals, respond to agency comments, and coordinate inspections throughout the project across Central Florida jurisdictions.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Davenport and serve all of Central Florida, including Orlando, Kissimmee, Lakeland, Winter Haven, Clermont, and the greater Interstate 4 corridor.
