FCC High School
ATG delivered a complete ground up campus expansion for Family Christian Center School, performing all civil and utility work and installing and finishing a 12,000 SF modular school building. The completed facility includes twelve classrooms, administrative offices, restrooms throughout, and code compliant access decks and ramps, supported by new fire sprinkler, electrical, and plumbing systems with full interior finishes. The entire project, from sitework through completion, was turned over in three and a half months.
Galleria Palms Hotel
Exterior restoration and interior renovation of the Galleria Palms Hotel in Kissimmee. ATG cleaned, sealed, and repainted the full seven story building envelope and performed a complete gut renovation of twelve guest rooms following water intrusion, including new drywall, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and finishes, returning the rooms to revenue ready condition.
Elite DNA Office Buildout, Suite 200
A 3,200 SF interior buildout of Suite 200 in Clermont, delivered for V3 Capital to prepare the space for occupancy by healthcare provider Elite DNA. ATG completed new partitions and wall finishes, flooring, acoustical ceilings, and the electrical and mechanical infrastructure required for patient facing operations.
The Dance Collective
A 10,000 SF change of use renovation in Winter Garden converting a former retail pet store into a purpose built dance studio. The scope included updated electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, new wall assemblies with insulation, acoustical ceilings, and specialty performance flooring suited to dance, completed with trim, paint, and specialty fixtures throughout.
City of St. Cloud, Chambers Renovation
A full interior renovation of the third floor of St. Cloud City Hall, encompassing the council chambers, common areas, and elevator lobby. ATG performed selective demolition, new framing and drywall, electrical and HVAC modifications, and a complete finish package including paint, wall finishes, and architectural vinyl wrapping. The work was sequenced to maintain daily municipal operations in an occupied public building.
Citrus Tower Suite 102
A 2,500 SF suite renovation and change of use at the historic Citrus Tower in Clermont for Flagship Healthcare Properties. The scope included new wall assemblies, electrical distribution, concrete work, insulation, acoustical ceilings, flooring, and specialty doors with automatic openers, delivering a code compliant suite ready for occupancy.
Pirate Ice
An 1,800 SF change of use renovation in Davenport converting a former nail salon into a themed Italian ice restaurant. The scope included concrete and plumbing modifications, new electrical service and equipment connections, wall assemblies, acoustical ceilings, fire sprinklers, specialty flooring, food safe surfaces, and specialty doors, delivering a fully permitted food service facility from a retail shell.
Pizzeria Ferrante
A 2,200 SF restaurant buildout in St. Cloud taking Pizzeria Ferrante from shell space to opening day. ATG delivered the kitchen infrastructure, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and dining room finishes a working pizzeria depends on, coordinated through health and fire inspections to turnover.
